My payment card has expired, what should I do?
During the period of martial law in Ukraine, ConcordBank automatically extended the validity period of all its payment cards.
That is, if your payment card expires, it does not need to be reissued or changed to a new one, because the validity of the card is automatically extended by 330 days and it will continue to be valid:
- for paying for purchases and withdrawing funds at POS terminals;
- payment for any services via Apple/Garmin Pay/Google Wallet using NFC technology;
- for withdrawing cash from ATMs and cash registers.
Is it possible to get access to the account to other persons?
Yes, for this you only need to mark the list of proxies in the application and provide it when making a package. We will provide access to the account either by issuing additional corporate cards, or by power of attorney to manage the account.
Can I change the package servicing?
Yes, the cost of changing the package is 100 UAH (one off). Paid on the day of the relevant application submission.
