In 2012, Olena Sosiedka and Yuliia Sosiedka became the main beneficiaries of JSC “JSCB “CONCORD”, buying a controlling stake and bringing the total share of ownership to 99.9%.

Shareholders pay great attention to the progressive development of the bank, as well as monitor compliance with all conditions set by the regulator. They manage ProCard's own processing center.
