Independent experts of SME Banking Agency have announced the results of the TOP-20 Business Mobile Banking 2023 research. ConcordBusiness from CONCORD Bank took the 8th place in the top twenty mobile applications for business customers in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia and the 3rd place among applications for business customers in Ukraine.

The experts examined 11 modules of mobile bank functions, in particular, analyzed the functionality in depth according to 110 important criteria. Among other things, we analyzed the authorization page, the home page, accounts and statements, payments, currency transactions, cards, deposits, support, and security pages.
Thus, the experts included mobile applications for business of banks from Ukraine (9 applications), Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan in the TOP-20 Business Mobile Banking 2023 rating. The top three in the rating include 3 apps of banks from Kazakhstan.
