ConcordBank has been cooperating with Ukrainian educational institutions for a long time, holding lectures and excursions for pupils and students. At such events, young people learn more about current trends in the banking and fintech industry and useful life hacks from the business world for future graduates.
This time, a webinar on preparation for employment was held for IT Step Academy students. Olena Shakirova, CFS HR Manager with 10 years of experience in HR and recruiting, has developed tips in the format of "TOP 10 life hacks for CV and interview" based on her practical experience.
More than 90 students of the academy learned the basic principles of how to create a good CV, things to be considered during an interview, questions to ask an employer, and reviewed case studies of CVs. Students received gifts from ConcordBank for completing practical tasks on correcting errors in their CVs.
Support, training and involvement of young professionals plays a special role in the HR policy and CSR projects of Concord Bank and Concord Fintech Solutions in general, so the HR department invites representatives of Ukrainian universities for cooperation.
