According to the decision of the TC (minutes of the meeting dated February 01, 2023), from March 07, 2023, the maximum amount of commission for transferring to accounts in other banks using IBAN details in national currency in the NEOBANK for everyone mobile application at the expense of own funds was introduced, namely:
- for tariffs for issuance and servicing bank payment cards of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD" for retail business "Salary Concorde", "ONE", "Debit Concorde", "Pension", "Virtual", "Partner", "Income Concorde", "Golden Dream", "inJoy", "ITEM-2018", "Veteran", "Social card Concord" and for VIP business: VISA INFINITE, WORLD ELITE, PLATINUM, PLATINUM AFFLUENT, TOP-manager, VIP manager, FREE (INFINITE FREE, WORLD ELITE FREE, PLATINUM FREE), Loyalty (WORLD ELITE+ and MC PLATINUM+):
0,9% max UAH 300*

- for tariffs for issuance and servicing of bank payment cards of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD" for retail business: "NEOCARD" and "LITECARD":
up to UAH 20,000 per month - not charged;
over UAH 20,000 - 0.9% max UAH 300*
