According to the decision of the TC (the minutes of the meeting dated 05.09.2022 and 06.09.2022) the following changes were made for the tariffs for the issuance and maintenance of "ONE", "NEOCARD" and "LITECARD" payment cards of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD" for retail business from 06.10.2022:
- In the "ONE" tariffs, the amount of the commission for cash withdrawal at cash desks and ATMs of the Bank and other Ukrainian banks using a card from accounts in USD and EUR was increased - 1% (before it was not charged).
- In the "NEOCARD" and "LITECARD" tariffs, the amount of the commission for transactions using the "NEOBANK for everyone" mobile application was changed:
- transfer to accounts in other banks using IBAN details in national currency:
own funds:
- up to and including 20,000 UAH per month - not charged;
- over UAH 20,000 - 0.9%;
at the expense of the loan - additional 3.5%*
*before it was as follows: own funds: up to and including UAH 10,000 per month - not charged; over UAH 10,000 - 0.5%; at the expense of the loan - additional 3.5%.
transfer to a Master Card/Visa card of any Ukrainian bank using the p2p service in national currency -
own funds:
- up to and including UAH 20,000 per month - not charged;
- over UAH 20,000 - 0.9%, min UAH 1;
at the expense of the loan – additional 3.5%**
**before it was as follows: own funds: up to and including UAH 10,000 per month - not charged; over UAH 10,000 – 0.5%, min UAH 1; at the expense of the loan – additional 3.5%.
- In the “NEOCARD” tariff the commission for issuing and reissuing cards has been increased, namely:
- issuance of a non-personalized card (number of accounts - 1 in each currency) - for accounts in UAH - not charged; for accounts in USD, EUR – UAH 100 (before it was as follows: for accounts in UAH - not charged; for accounts in USD, EUR – UAH 50);
- card reissuance for other reasons (loss, theft, etc.) - UAH 100 (before it was UAH 50).
