Dear customers!
According to the decision of the TC (minutes of the meeting dated May 15, 2023, May 16, 2023 and May 18, 2023), the following changes were made to the tariffs for issuing and servicing bank payment cards of JSC "JSCB "CONCORD" for retail business from June 19, 2023:
1. “NEOCARD” and “LITECARD”:
Transactions using the NEOBANK mobile application:
- transfer to accounts in other banks using IBAN details in national currency - own funds: up to UAH 10,000 inclusive per month - no fee; over UAH 10,000 - 0.9% max UAH 300 (previously it was: up to UAH 20,000 inclusive per month - no fee; over UAH 20,000 - 0.9% max UAH 300);
- transfer to a Mastercard / Visa card of any bank of Ukraine using the p2p service in national currency - own funds: up to UAH 10,000 inclusive per month - no fee; over UAH 10,000 - 0.5% min UAH 1 (previously it was: up to UAH 20,000 inclusive per month - no fee; over UAH 20,000 - 0.9% min UAH 1)
2. “Debit Concord”, “Virtual”, “ONE”, “inJoy” and “NEOCARD”:
- Crediting funds from other banks in foreign currency to the account - no fee (previously it was 0.5%)
3. "Salary Concord", "ONE", "Debit Concord", "Pension", "Virtual", "Partner", "Income Concord", "Golden Dream" Credit Card, "inJoy", "ITEM-2018", "Veteran", "Social Card Concord", "NEOCARD", "NEOCARD for individual entrepreneurs" and "LITECARD":
- Conversion of funds if the currency of the payment transaction differs from the account currency - no fee (except for the list of payment transactions)*
* For MCC 7311, 5816, 7993, the fee is 1% of the transaction amount min UAH 29 (previously, for MCC 7311, the fee was 1% of the transaction amount min UAH 20)
4. "Salary Concord":
- Issuance of an embossed card - UAH 100 (previously there was no fee)
5. "Debit Concord", "Virtual", "ONE" and "inJoy":
- Purchase/sale of foreign currency on the interbank market (at the request of a client) - 0.2% (no fee for placing a term deposit). Previously, it was 0.2%.
