Dear clients, we inform you that, according to the decision of the Tariff Committee, Starting from 26.09.2022, the cost of "Withdrawal of funds from an account at cash desks and ATMs of other Ukrainian banks" and "Withdrawal of funds from an account at cash desks of other Ukrainian banks" operations on card accounts within:
- tariff package for the issuance and maintenance of bank payment cards of the JSC “JSCB “CONCORD” "Corporate";
- tariff package for the issuance and maintenance of bank payment cards of the JSC “JSCB “CONCORD” "Corporate" in foreign currency for a resident;
- tariff package "Corporate Virtual" in national currency for residents for the issuance and maintenance of bank payment cards of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD";
- tariff package "Corporate Virtual" in foreign currency for residents for the issuance and maintenance of bank payment cards of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD";
- tariff package "Merchant" for the issuance and maintenance of bank payment cards of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD";
- tariff package "IT-SPECIALIST" for the issuance and maintenance of bank payment cards of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD";
- tariff package "NEO Business First" for settlement and cash service and the procedure for determining costs for financial services for individual entrepreneurs, namely,
the commission for withdrawal of funds from the card account at cash desks and ATMs of other Ukrainian banks will be from 0.9% to 1.0% of the withdrawal amount.
The change in the commission is related to the increase by payment systems on 01.09.2022 of the interbank reimbursement rate for cash withdrawals from Ukrainian ATMs by clients of other banks.
