Dear customers, we would like to inform you about changes in tariffs for cash and settlement services (transactions) for current accounts (except for card accounts) of individual VIP customers of JSC "JSCB "CONCORD".
According to the decision of the TC (minutes of the meeting dated March 02, 2023), starting from March 31, 2023, changes were introduced to the Tariffs for cash and settlement services (transactions) for current accounts (except for card accounts) of individual VIP customers of JSC "JSCB "CONCORD", regarding (name of service):
1. Transfer of funds from the account:
- to accounts in other banks: 1%, min UAH 10, max UAH 2000 when closing an account with a balance of up to UAH 100 is not charged;
- as financial assistance: 2.5%;
2. Withdrawal of funds from the account:
deposited to the current account in non-cash form: 0.9%.
3.Name of the service:
processing by the Bank of the Customer's request for a refund under a payment instruction in foreign currency executed by the Bank with the Customer's consent.
Current version:
1. Transfer of funds from the account:
- to accounts in other banks: 0.5% min UAH 20;
2. Withdrawal of funds from the account:
deposited to the current account in non-cash form: 0.5%.
3. Name of the service:
revocation of a payment order and its return.
Version since March 31, 2023:
1. Transfer of funds from the account:
- to accounts in other banks: 1%, min UAH 10, max UAH 2000 when closing an account with a balance of up to UAH 100 is not charged;
- as financial assistance: 2.5%;
2. Withdrawal of funds from the account:
deposited to the current account in non-cash form: 0.9%.
3. Name of the service:
processing by the Bank of the Customer's request for a refund under a payment instruction in foreign currency executed by the Bank with the Customer's consent.
