Dear customers, we would like to inform you that from 27.06.2023 a new version of the Universal Agreement of JSC "JSCB "Concord" comes into force in connection with the approval of amendments to:
- Section VI. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ACQUIRING SERVICES BY THE BANK FOR PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS WITH CARDS CARRIED OUT IN THE MERCHANT'S NETWORK.
Clauses 6.2.2.20, 6.3.1.12 and 6.3.1.15 and Appendices No. 11, No. 11.4 and No. 11.5 of this Section are amended due to changes in the procedure for closing Acquiring Agreements of inactive Merchants and making changes to Merchant Cards.
