Dear Customers, we would like to inform you that a new version of the Universal Agreement will come into force on April 15, 2023 due to the approval of amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing and Acquiring Payment Instruments by the Resolution of the NBU Board No. 21 dated March 10, 2023.
