Dear customers, we would like to inform you that from July 01, 2023, a new version of the Universal Agreement of JSC "JSCB "CONCORD" and its Annexes will come into force in connection with the introduction of amendments to comply with the requirements of the CRS General Reporting Standard, namely, changes were made to:
- SECTION VIII. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF INTERNET ACQUIRING SERVICES BY THE BANK (a new term called NEOPAY and a description of the implementation of the payment method on the websites and applications for cardholders of the bank through the mobile application "NEOBANK for everyone" were added);
- SECTION XII. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION (a new clause 11.1.9 and Annexes No. 24, 25 to this clause were added), as well as new clauses in other Sections of the Universal Agreement.
